Susan Faber Gaide,
Chief Brand Strategist
Chief Brand Strategist Susan Faber Gaide has 40+ years of experience growing and scaling B2C and B2B brands through sonic brand storytelling. She is a former marketing and branding executive for agencies representing Sony Electronics, Harman International, IBM and SRS Labs. She teaches brand campaign development in the integrated marketing communications online undergraduate degree program at West Virginia University's College of Creative Arts and Media and business strategy in the online undergraduate degree program at Indiana Wesleyan University's DeVoe School of Business. She earned the rank of Full Professor at Five Towns College, where, in 1984 and 1990, she developed the music business curriculum, instructed all courses in the concentration, and created and ran the internship program. Her graduates still grace the upper echelons of management in some of the most prominent entities in the music and media industries, including Sony Music, Universal Music Group, Billboard, and Warner-Chappell Music.


Mark R. Gaide, Chief Sonic Brandmaster
Chief Sonic Brandmaster, Mark R. Gaide, is a musician, composer, producer, and audio engineer who, for over three decades, has worked with legacy recording artists Miles Davis, Joe Cocker, Ronnie Spector, and more. For eight years, Mark also served as chief audio engineer in the Verizon Broadcast Center (VBC), where his sound design and post-production work played a key role in the “It’s Verizon Calling” promos for the Day 1 rollout of Verizon (formed by the merger of Bell Atlantic and GTE).
